The Client Portal is a tool meant to streamline the process of project management for our clients. It provides functionality for managing projects and tasks, submitting support tickets, sharing files, and scheduling meetings.

Clients are certainly //not required// to use the client portal - you are free to communicate via email, phone, etc. But these communications will be inserted into the client portal database for completeness.
