Client Portal: Submit a Ticket


If you're encountering a problem (like your site is down, or you've found a bug in some software we wrote) you can submit a ticket to let us know. If you're not sure if you should be creating a ticket or adding a task, click here.

To create a ticket:
  • Click on Tickets at the top left
  • Click the new ticket button

Now you can fill out the ticket information:
  • If you're not logged in, you must enter your Name and E-Mail
  • Enter a descriptive Subject
  • Please describe the problem you're encountering in detail under Description
  • Other fields are optional.

When you're done entering the ticket info, click the submit button on the right.
