======[[ClientPortal Client Portal]]: Submit a Ticket======

If you're encountering a problem (like your site is down, or you've found a bug in some software we wrote) you can submit a ticket to let us know. If you're not sure if you should be creating a ticket or adding a task, [[ClientPortalTicketOrTask click here]].

To create a ticket:
~-Click on //Tickets// at the top left
~-Click the //new ticket// button

Now you can fill out the ticket information:
~-If you're not logged in, you must enter your //Name// and //E-Mail//
~-Enter a descriptive //Subject//
~-Please describe the problem you're encountering in detail under //Description//
~-Other fields are optional.

When you're done entering the ticket info, click the //submit// button on the right.
