Client Portal: Upload a File
Sharing files is a big part of how we work with clients. If you have a PDF or some graphics you want posted on your website, or a document describing some aspect of the site, you can upload it directly to the Client Portal. This is really useful for files that are too big to email.
To upload a file:
- Click on Files at the top left
- Click the upload file button

Now you can fill out the file information:
- Choose which Folder you want to store the file in. Most clients will only see one choice for the folder.
- It's optional, but you can link the file with a particular Project and Task. Use this option if, for example, you're uploading graphics for a site we're building.
- Enter a Description of the file.
- Click the Choose File button to select the file you want to upload.
- Other fields are optional.
When you're done entering the file info, click the submit button on the right.
